A healthy head of hair is achieved if it is frequently being cleansed. Proper hygiene is to be observed on a daily basis, especially in cleaning the hair since the hair is one of the first parts of the body to acquire dust, smoke, and dirt when going outdoors. Freeing the scalp from dirt and grime is easily done by shampooing. Applying natural products such as serums and oils to the hair helps in the blood circulation of the scalp; also, the nutrients in those natural products are absorbed by the scalp. A clean scalp creates a healthy environment for healthy strands; hence, chances of thinning hair are greatly reduced.
